Ten Talents International

Our purpose is to utilize ordinary people's talents, gifts, and resources to further the Kingdom of God.

Our mission is to bless, encourage, and strengthen ministries that focus on feeding, clothing, sheltering, visiting, and looking after the poor, sick, orphaned, widowed, or imprisoned. (Matthew 25:31)

We accomplish these by organizing short term mission trips, currently to Rwanda, where we partake in evangelism, construction, property development, and generally serving indigenous ministries.

Our goals for this year are:
The installation of three more water purification systems.

Complete the two children's homes. Put in a septic system for the children's homes.

Purchase our own block making machine.

Continue to do all that we can to bring the children off the streets and into a loving home.

A Brief History By Mike McColm, President, Ten Talents Int.

The ministry to Kigali's street children began as a result of a short term missions trip I took in June 2002. I have known for quite some time that short term missions are what makes me tick. I believe that there will come a day when I will be doing short term missions on a full time basis. I also believe that there is a need for a ministry dedicated to providing ordinary people an avenue to participate in the exciting work of missions. Ephesians 2:10 says, "For we are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God has prepared in advance for us to do." This is the reason I have started Ten Talents International, a non profit corporation. This will make it easier for individuals and churches to give towards upcoming trips and the work in Rwanda.
